Kira graduated in September of 2020 from Les Cheneaux Culinary School, where she was introduced to microgreens and taught how to use them. Lena graduated from the Agriscience program at Jackson Area Career Center in the spring of 2020. Both have volunteered at local farms and CSA’s in Michigan.

We have always had a passion for growing food and a dream of owning a sustainable farm and restaurant. Sol Microgreens is our way of starting that dream. We can't wait to share our microgreens amazing flavors! Our favorite microgreens to grow are sunflower and radish.
